Butler Groundworks are undertaking the upgrade of a new doctors surgery in Bushbury estate.

Social Housing – 88 houses undertaking all groundworks up to DPC. Highway infrastructure Adoptable on site / off site foul and storm drainage, private
drainage  including existing drainage diversion and storm attenuation works

LLANSANTFFRAID

Pickstocks – Llansantffraid

 

Full Earthworks & Groundworks package including external works for the construction of 26 no. new build properties for Pickstocks Homes. Works involved acting as Principle Contractor for the 1st 12 weeks of the contract whilst main earthworks and  road and sewers works carried out. Specialist works involved construction of over 130 lin m of new adopted off site foul drainage works including full reinstatement of highway to Powis Council standards and requirements

WARWICK GATES

Engie – Warwick Gates

 

Warwick Gates is Private Care homes project – Butler Groundworks has come in on final phase after picking up from previous contracts. We are working currently on several large luxury apartments including dpc with precast traditional beam and block flooring. 

 

We have Installed all civil works and drainage, we dug around the existing district heating for service connections.

 

Permeable block paving (Suds drainage) installed electrical car charging ports and resin bound paths. Hard and soft landscaping. We have also installed a curved retaining in situ concrete retaining wall feature on the site.
