Hertiage restoration of existing terraced houses.

LLANSANTFFRAID

Full Earthworks & Groundworks package including external works for the construction of 26 no. new build properties for Pickstocks Homes. Works involved acting as Principle Contractor for the 1^st 12 weeks of the contract whilst main earthworks and  road and sewers works carried out. Specialist works involved construction of over 130 lin m of new adopted off site foul drainage works including full reinstatement of highway to Powis Council standards and requirements

WARWICK GATES

Warwick Gates is Private Care homes project – Butler Groundworks has come in on final phase after picking up from previous contracts. We are working currently on several large luxury apartments including dpc with precast traditional beam and block flooring. 

We have Installed all civil works and drainage, we dug around the existing district heating for service connections.

Permeable block paving (Suds drainage) installed electrical car charging ports and resin bound paths. Hard and soft landscaping. We have also installed a curved retaining in situ concrete retaining wall feature on the site.

HEREFORD

Social Housing – 44 houses undertaking all groundworks up to and including DPC. Highway infrastructure, permeable block paved driveways, Adoptable on site/off site foul and storm drainage, private drainage including storm attenuation system

FLAXMILL

Heritage site – Restoration groundworks of abandoned Flaxmill. Including installation internal existing breaking out around iron columns. Installed carpark with permeable tarmac build up.
Excavated the old canal and installed new reinforced in situ concrete retaining wall along the front of Flaxmill.Drainage to suit levels. Large casting reinforced in situ staircase pre casting concrete finishing.

OSWESTRY

Construction of 38 residential apartments for Pickstock Homes Limited. All associated groundworks including foundations, roads and sewers including existing sewer diversion and external works.

TINKERS GREEN

Tinkers Green was a Private housing project which included 97 houses/ apartments. Butler Groundworks undertook all groundworks up to and including DPC. Tinkers Green was spread out into two separate sites the following work was carried out: Soft landscaping, hard landscaping, installation of all tobermore retaining wall (Secura grandretaining walls) Sustainable urban drainage system (Suds drainage) with permeable block paving leading into an attenuation crate. All off site highways works (S278) and drainage (S106 and S106) connections.

BURTON CRESCENT

Burton Crescent was a Social Housing project which included 43 houses. Butler Groundworks undertook all groundworks up to and including DPC. Butler Groundworks completed the following:
Highway infrastructure block paved footpaths, Adoptable drainage, private drainage, Storm Attenuation system.
